The Branko Arnsek Sextet & More Music Without Borders

He loves Cuban music and, of course, the unique sound of his old homeland in the Balkans. But bassist Branko Arnsek has been at home in the Stuttgart area for ages, where he has built up a vibrant jazz network. Whether with the Zigeli Winter Quartet, the Afro-Cuban orchestra Tokame, or the Guttenberg Brothers: Arnsek's bass has been heard on numerous recordings. But only now has his first album under his own name been released: "Move Closer!" by the Branko Arnsek Sextet. So come a little closer to the listening area – it's worth it! (January 26, 2023)
