The White Diamonds see themselves as a multicultural jazz ensemble.

Originally conceived as a trio, the band has now expanded to include Moscow guitarist Vladimir Bolschakoff and Indian tabla player Udaj Mazumdar. The group, which plays exclusively original compositions, has created its own distinctive sound, situated within the realm of contemporary jazz and world music.
